This pendent was designed with the 6th anniversary in mind. The traditional 6th anniversary gift is iron. The process of forging involves heating and hammering iron on an anvil into shape. Otherwise known as blacksmithing. The hand forged pendent favors the shape of a heart as well as the number 6. It is hung on a strand of small grey freshwater pearls. The clasp in the back is also hand forged iron.
The heart measures approximately 1 1/4" long. Each heart is hand forged and therefore can have slight variations. I can make the heart smaller or larger if requested ahead of time.
This necklace can be purchased alone in 16" or 18" or 20" lengths. If you need anything longer, please let me know.
I also have the option for you to purchase this necklace with a pair of matching earrings as a set. The earrings are made with a hand forged iron wrap bead and a larger grey freshwater pearl. The earrings are hung on hypoallergenic sterling silver earwires which have an antique patina for color. If you purchase the earrings as a set in this listing, a $10 discount is reflected in the price.

I can have an order ready to mail most days between 1 or 2 days, however, it is possible that it could take longer if I have a lot going on between orders and family life. My shipping range changes from one week to the next so you should take a look at the estimated shipping date when checking out if you have a deadline. The shipping range means I need a set number of days to create the work and get it in the mail after you place the order. If an items says "made to order" that means I need to make the item and then mail it hopefully within 1-2 days, but it is possible that it could take longer. If a listing states that an item is already made and ready to mail, then my goal to mail it is the same day as the order if it is early enough in the day or next business day. My goal is 1-2 days, but since I cannot guarantee that unanticipated things won't pop up in my life with 3 kids and a jewelry business, I need to have a range of time on my side. I take every effort to complete an order in a timely manner. My customers mean the world to me and I hate to disappoint. It greatly helps me if you let me know when you are hoping to have anything I make in your hands. If you have a deadline such as an anniversary date that you are hoping I can meet, please let me know. You can do this by emailing me ahead of time or after an order. You can also leave a note during checkout. I am very quick to respond to your inquiry and can let you know at the time if I can meet your deadline, i.e. " would love this by X date".
International customers need to be aware that there is a customs tax/duty that is collected by customs or your country's postal provider. This is not collected or paid during your checkout. It is a separate fee. Normally you would have to pick up your package in person at your local post office and pay the fee before they will release the package to you. For example, UK customers will be charged a fee equal to 25% of their total amount. Please contact me if you have any questions prior to your purchase.

Jewelry that is not personalized (personalized = stamped with anniversary date or initials Etc... ) can be returned for a refund or it can be exchanged for something else.
