This is a made to order necklace meaning it is not available to ship same day, but I do fill orders within 1-4 days normally.
Hand-forged Iron Sunflower Necklace
It is my goal that my customers are thrilled with their purchase and ownership of their Nancy Fe Designs Jewelry and will wear it often. If for any reason you are not thrilled with your purchase, please let me know and I will offer a solution. Sometimes that is as simple as altering the length or size of a necklace or earring. Sometimes exchanging the purchase for something different is ideal. If these are not viable options and something is returned to me, I will offer a refund for the cost of the jewelry. The original cost paid to ship the original purchase is not typically refunded unless there are circumstances that require it such as a USPS Express package that comes with a shipping guarantee.
Jewelry that is personalized (personalized = stamped with anniversary date or initials Etc... ) is non refundable but you can return it for an alteration such as a length adjustment.
I would prefer refunds/exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
Repairs are not usually necessary as the forged elements are very durable, but accidents happen. Please let me know if you have a Nancy Fe item that is in need of repair or service. I am happy to work on anything I have made if the need is there.
